By installing and using Bulk Mailer X (BMX) on your server, you agree to the following
terms and conditions:
A BMX license grants you the right to run a single installation of BMX on one web server
and one web site (domain) for each license purchased. For each extra installation of the
program, a separate license is required.
BMX source code may be changed (at your own risk), but the software (changed or otherwise)
may not be distributed to anyone beyond the license holder without the explicit written
permission of Webx Networks.
All Webx Networks copyright notices within source files must remain unchanged (and visible).
License owners may modify the BMX code for their personal use (at their own risk), but any
altered code must not be redistributed or resold in any form.
BMX may not be used for SPAM. SPAM is defined simply as unsolicited emails. SPAM mails can
be reported at www.spamcop.net.
BMX may not be used for illegal acitivities.
If any terms are violated, Webx Networks reserves the right to revoke the license at any
time. No license refunds will be granted for revoked licenses.
Webx Networks reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. This license is
goverened by the laws of Canada.
License fees are non-refundable.
Disclaimer of Warranty
THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO
PERFORMANCE OR MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.
Webx Networks is not liable for the content of any message mailed out by BMX.
The user must assume the entire risk of using the program. ANY LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL
BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE.
